Service Description

3 classes of 3 hours. Live online via Zoom. Starting on May 24, 2023, at 4 pm (São Paulo time, SP, Brazil). Classes in Portuguese. Facilitated by me, Nanda Santoro. Moments of self-care and relaxation, activities to broaden body awareness, self-knowledge, to slow down and organize emotions. Connection, movement, dance, art, and self-care.
